This is the Returns & Refunds page. If you are not completely happy with your purchase of any of any of our self-healing headbands , please return it to us within 60 days or 2 months of your purchase date. Check your receipt for this info
Returns
To return your item to us just place it carefully in the same container box you originally received your item in. Your item must be in pristine condition and not damage in any way
Then text us direct on either of the phone numbers below. We will text you back with an address where you need to post your returned item to

We suggest you post your returned item to us by 'Proof of Posting' method. Use 1st or 2nd class post.
Make sure on the day you ask the Post Office clerk to give you a printed receipt for your posted item to us. Keep this in safe place as this is your evidence of posting

Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will refund you in full within 7-10 working days or sooner. Otherwise that's it
